How are your items cleaned?

Every item is cleaned, sanitised and inspected after every use to make sure you receive a clean and functioning item.

Can I order items within 48 hours?

For urgent orders within 48 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp or call (+34) 696842163 and we will try our best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the reservation is cancelled within 3 to 1 days prior to delivery, we will provide a 50% refund.

If the reservation is cancelled on the start date of the reservation, we will not provide any refund.

The reservation can’t be cancelled once the rental period has started, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Can I rent items for longer than the agreed time?

If you want to rent the items longer, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will extend based on availability.

Can I be sure the items will be delivered on time?

We will always try our very best deliver the items within the agreed time frame but it can get incredibly busy on the roads during high season on the island so if we run behind schedule we will contact you and try and find an appropriate solution.

Do you deliver all over Ibiza?

We deliver to all houses and hotels in Ibiza when the reservation is €75 or higher.  Delivery and pick up fees depend on where you´re staying, between €30 and €40 in total for delivery and pick up.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a refundable deposit depending on the item that is rented. The deposit must be paid upon receipt of the item and will be returned when the item is being returned in good condition and on the agreed time.

What if items are damaged?

We totally understand that kids are kids and a few minor scratches or very small stains due to normal use are not a problem. If an item is damaged up to the point that it affects its normal use or function, you are responsible to bear either the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is cheaper.

If the cost of repair or replacement is higher than the deposit, you have to pay the difference either in cash or via transfer.

Can you help us shop for baby care products such as nappies, baby food, wipes etc?

Let us know if you need any such items and we will send you a list with items to choose from. The products will be delivered to you together with the rental items.
