Es Currals Alpaca Farm
Get ready for total cuteness and fluffiness overload. Es Currals is the first alpaca farm in Ibiza, and they have the coolest alpacas I’ve ever seen (granted, they’re the only ones I’ve seen, but they’re super sweet!).
Here’s a fun fact: alpacas don’t have upper front teeth, so there’s no need to worry about getting nibbled by these gentle fluff balls! 🦙 They all have super cool rock and roll names that fit their quirky personalities like Chet (the first alpaca in the world with a mustache) Toots, and Dusty. These alpacas are naturally “zen”—soothing, calm, and spiritual animals that make you feel incredibly relaxed just being around them for 30 minutes. Since they´re so calm, kids love being around them and feed them.
When you visit the farm, you’re given a tour by Bart, the lovely Belgian owner who moved to Ibiza with his wife San in 2016 to fulfill their dream of starting an Alpaca farm with weaving studio. During the tour, you can feed and touch the alpacas—they’re the fluffiest things ever!
The farm also has a weaving atelier where they make and sell their own beautiful clothes.
Visits are by appointment only. The tour lasts more or less one hour and includes:
